Our Commitment
Because underwear is such a personal garment, many brands have strict "no-return" policies for hygiene reasons. At Evry, we want you to feel confident when trying our products, which is why we choose to offer this flexibility.
If you have any concerns regarding your order, we encourage you to reach out. Our team is always happy to review your specific situation and work with you to find the best possible resolution.
To ensure our policies remain fair and consistent for everyone, Evry reserves the right to review or limit exchanges and returns in cases of excessive requests or suspected misuse of the policy.
Return
If the product you receive has any issues, such as defects or quality concerns, we will gladly issue a 100% refund or exchange upon return. Please ensure your return request is initiated within 14 days of receipt.
For returns not related to quality or functional issues, you may choose to use our prepaid label for a $6.93 shipping fee deducted from your refund, or you are welcome to ship the item back using your own preferred carrier and label. If you choose to provide your own label, please ensure the package is sent with tracking to guarantee your refund is processed promptly.
Exchange
If the size of your underwear or shirt doesn’t fit, we offer a one-time free exchange for a different size.
If the style of the underwear you purchased isn’t quite right, you may also exchange it for a different style.
Please note: After the one-time free exchange, no additional exchanges will be available. We kindly ask that you choose your exchange item and size carefully.

(Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any requests after this period.)
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly initiate a return or exchange request through Evry Studio's Return Center. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your return/exchange request. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
